Dlumani Business Enterprise was established and registered in 2002.The firm is a construction and brick manufacturing entity specializing in the manufacturing of various types of projects as per the requirement of public and private clientele. The company offers a wide range of services but its main focus is invested in the manufacturing of various types of bricks and aggregates. The company has been and still remain a loyal servant to customers in the supply of bricks and aggregates. Dlumani lives up to its motto and policy imperative “Pushing back the frontiers of poverty”. by providing sustainable jobs and skills transfer for previously disadvantages people more especially to women and youth. The company has to date supplied more than ten millions quantities of bricks to RDP housing and sanitation projects throughout Limpopo Province.
Dlumani has its offices in Ka-Dzumeri Village stand no 37 that’s 500 meters away from Molototsi river on the R529 road and another one is at Dzingidzingi Village stand no 667 Cnr R81 and R578. Work has also started to open a branch at stand number 7E, Nyakelani Street, Selwane Village.
The company focusses in the manufacturing of various products which includes Stock bricks, Maxi bricks, Blocks, Industrial and Domestic Pavers, Aggregates and Premix Concrete. We are currently operating with an RE 600 Semi-Automatic Machine (Pan Mixers South Africa Products) which has the capacity of 17000 stock bricks and 8000 maxi bricks per eight hours shift in the main.
The company is currently having forty four workers that have been delegated duties in different sections which includes Reception, Admin, Workshop, Labor, Drivers and Plant Operators. Dlumani commit itself to business excellence however that does not preclude it from its commitment to skills transfer through a training of its workers and that is achieved through developing operators for various plant which includes Brick Plant, Crusher Machine, TLB’s, Front End Loader, Forklift, Tipper Trucks, Computer Skills etc.
Dlumani Business Enterprise collaborate with specialized fields when the need arises on any projects for its successful execution. We work with but not limited to geologists, surveyors and environmental scientists from inception to the conclusion of projects. Dlumani Business Enterprise pride itself in its many plants that include amongst others tipper trucks, crane trucks, TLB’s, front end loader, water tanker, crusher plant, ready mix trucks, batch plant and many more which makes it easier for the company to deliver any given project in a quick and efficient manner.
